How Pichai Become the ideals of so many people?

Pichai was also named as a Siebel scholar and palmer scholar. Despite his big achievements is a down to earth man with lots of inspiration. His achievements can act as catalysts for young tech guys who want to change their destiny. Pichai says, “What strikes me every single time is that the aspirations of Indians are unique and unparalleled. They’re very demanding, regardless of background”. It is very true that India is growing by leaps and bounds and we require persons like Pichai to be a developed country but what hit me most is the simple living way of Pichai.

Regardless of being on such a Position he is very humble and this is his biggest achievement. We as Indians can look up to him as our Ideal who dreams big and achieves it. Even Pichai thinks that attitude is really important towards anything. He says in an interview that “one can be happy if their attitude towards everything in his life is right”. This very statement reveals that the future of India is in right hands. He not only handles failures like a boss but also his success. He says “As a big company, you are constantly trying to foolproof yourself against being big, because you see the advantage of being small, nimble and entrepreneurial. Pretty much every great thing gets started by a small team”, which can also mean when you are at the peak level of your success, the biggest threat posses there, the moment you slacken a bit to prove yourself others will take advantage.

The foremost reason why Indians look up to Pichai is because somewhere we as Indians are deeply and emotionally connected to Pichai and Pichai has caught that nerve. More to come. Cheers!
